Una passeggiata su 南锣鼓巷 (Nan Luogu Xiang, Il vicolo meridionale del Gong e del Tamburo) e' sempre un'avventura e una scoperta. Il ritmo di ricambio degli esercizi commerciali sulla strada principale e sulle traverse laterali e' molto alto, e ogni volta si possono fare nuove scoperte (oltre ad assaggiare i tantissimi snack in vendita nelle diverse botteghe, storiche o meno). A stroll along 南锣鼓巷 (Nan Luogu Xiang, the south alley of the Gong and Drum) is always an adventure and a discovery. The turnover rate of the shops on the main street, as well as on the side streets, is very high, and every time new discoveries are possible (as much as the possibility to taste many different snacks sold by the numerous shops, ancient or less so).
